I’m not a certified trainer. I’m not a nutritionist. I’m a woman who made a decision in January 2025 to stop negotiating with her body and start respecting it.

Thirteen months ago, I started where I was: tired, inconsistent, frustrated, but determined. And this journey has not been perfect. I’ve had disciplined weeks and messy weeks. I’ve felt proud, and I’ve felt discouraged. I’ve celebrated progress and avoided mirrors. But I kept coming back to one truth:

Your body is the only place you have to live.

This section is where I share my journey openly: the workouts, the meals, the progress, the setbacks, and the lessons. Not perfection. The real work.

Because getting your power back is not about looking a certain way. It’s about reclaiming energy. Strength. Confidence. Ownership. It’s about waking up inside a body that feels good, supported instead of neglected.

I train because I want to be strong.
I eat well because I respect my future self.
I move because I want to keep my mobility all my life.
